The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping via GLS
- Orders up to 5 kg = €6.90
- Orders up to 10 kg = €7.90 (including volume surcharge for large packages)
- each additional 10 kg = €7.90 surcharge (including volume surcharge for large packages, as well as shipping in several individual packages)

Deliveries abroad:

NO direct shipping to Switzerland possible, please use a parcel service provider with a German delivery address.

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
- Orders up to 10 kg = €12.90 (with GLS)
- each additional 10 kg = 12.90 surcharge (with GLS)

Zone 6: Denmark, Czech Republic
- Orders up to 10 kg = €12.90
- each additional 10 kg = 12.90 surcharge

Zone 3: France, England, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary
- Orders up to 10 kg = €16.90
- each additional 10 kg = 16.90 surcharge

Zone 4: Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria
- Orders up to 10 kg = €32.90
- each additional 10 kg = 32.90 surcharge

Zone 5: Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain
- Orders up to 10 kg = €31.90
- each additional 10 kg = 31.90 surcharge

Zone 7: Greece
- Orders up to 10 kg = €52.90
- each additional 10 kg = 52.90 surcharge

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that GLS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. If you would like a partial delivery in advance and one more parcel of postage would be required than calculated by the shop, additional postage costs may be charged.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Accepted payment options

- Cash payment upon collection (Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-2 p.m.)
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment by direct debit (debited 10 days after dispatch, NOT an external service provider)
- Payment via PayPal (also possible via Paypal, e.g. with credit card)
- Payment via PayPal Express
-  Payment by invoice (for activated customers)


Further payment details

Payment by invoice is possible under the following conditions:

only for registered customers and deliveries within Germany (Germany), as well as public institutions and authorities

If payment is made on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.
